Student/Family Indigo Assessment Process

Empowering Tomorrow’s Leaders Today!

WHY Indigo?

Great communication does not happen naturally. We long to connect with our students but we may not understand them and, frankly, they may not understand themselves. Why do they do the things they do? What motivates them? What matters to them- if anything? Why are they stressed out or checked out? As parents we ask, “How can I productively talk with my child about their future?”

If you are looking for ways to have more meaningful conversations with your child, reduce stress and launch your student into a successful and fulfilling future, then Indigo is for you!

WHAT is Indigo?

Watch here for a more detailed description

Indigo was designed for and implemented in the educational realm for the last ten years to support teachers, administration, and students. These same great results and resources are now available to families. Indigo is designed for 6th grade - college age students. More than ever parents are feeling the pressure to fill in the education gap that Covid has created. The Family Indigo Assessment Process consists of a student assessment and structured debriefing and application sessions. The 16 page results report covers your student’s strengths, DISC behavioral style, motivators, soft skills, and post secondary options. Indigo is the most accurate human survey on the market! And we offer the tools to move you from awareness to implementation. That is United Momentum! Indigo has developed an entire library of resources to support you as you begin to apply your results and we’ve designed on-going support to meet you in each phase of your growth.

Benefits

Success starts with self awareness! Confidence and self-acceptance grow when an individual knows and understands himself. This creates a catalyst for identifying how one “fits” in the world and fuels an ability to accept and understand others. Great leaders aren’t born, they’re fostered.

The basic student/family package includes:

  • One hour parent session

  • Family Resource Guide

  • Two hours debrief coaching with student

  • Insights form

  • Access to a personalized resource console

  • Discounts on parent assessments

Ways to Engage

There are three paths to choose from:

  1. Student/Family Assessment

  2. Family Groups

  3. Peer Challenge Groups

You choose how and when to engage! Perhaps your student is just ready to dip their toes in the water with a short, time-limited experience while others may dive into a six week challenge group. We support you with the resources to take your results beyond “cool information about myself” to practical applications that impact your relationships, decisions, and planning for the future.

What people are saying about Indigo

“I always knew my daughter was strong, independent, and capable of managing her academics and athletics. Through Indigo, I learned that she struggles with decision making and confidence in her abilities. Even though these are surprising to me, I am so grateful for these revelations. I am confident I will be able to walk alongside her and guide her in the decision making process. This program solidified the strengths I knew she possessed and informed me how those strengths can be used in her day to day life. I will continue to use this information throughout the rest of her high school years and into her college years, as she is preparing to begin her life as an adult. Carrie is an extremely knowledgeable and insightful coach and would be an excellent resource for anyone desiring deeper self awareness.” parent- Littleton, CO
